Verdict's In
The Urgent Care called and said there is no fracture, only soft tissue damage. Then he threw in just a little something to keep a mom worrying. He said there is so much swelling that there is a concern that Jon's growth platelets may be damaged. Seriously, I'm not stressed. What's the worse that could happen? His hand grows normal and he has an iddy biddy little pinkie. Ha! No, he's not in any pain - which is what the doctor told us to be looking for - so he's fine.

I am glad he is OK. Eric is excited to see what the kids say about the injury at school. Apparently it is a cool thing to be injured...kids are so wierd!
Looks like you guys had an event filled vacation! At least he waited until after Christmas!

You have such a cute, fun blog! I loved reading about the Santa conversation you had with Jon. We have had a couple of those this year--I just tell them, that if you don't believe in Santa, he stops coming. Even though I know they know, they will never admit it to me.

Deanna is Kev's youngest sister who just recently got married to the talented Brooks. They are quite a pair. . . so much fun and creativity in one couple.
